i think the hardest battle i'm ever going to fight is the battle just to be me.

To know me is to both hate me and love me. I'm incredibly moody, even bitchy at times. I will speak my mind and say what I think (when I feel brave enough to do so.. or if antagonized long enough). I'm a real person who has very real feelings.. and should you decide to stomp on those feelings one time too many, I will throw a fit. And no, I don't promise I will be rational about it. I've never claimed this was the right way of doing things.. but for the moment, it's my way.

And just a reminder.. this is my journal. If you're here, it's because I've invited you in to take a glimpse at my life. This is not my entire life, just a small part of it. It's a privilege to be here, just as it's a privilege for me to be invited into yours. I will no longer justify my reasons for doing what I do in my journal .. to anyone. It's a privilege, not your right.

Should I decide that it's time for our paths to go in different directions, I will do so without a big announcement. I will simply remove you from my Friend's List. I don't necessarily feel I need to justify myself to anyone, nor do I hold myself accountable to anyone here but myself. I understand not everyone enjoys when it is done this way; however, this is my way of doing it. You are free to do it your way in your own journal. Should you like to know why you've been removed - you're always free to email me directly and ask.

Finally - if you are the type of person that goes on about dramatic leaves of absences only to come back after a week or posts things like 'Comment here if you want to be kept on my Friend's List' then really - move along. I have enough drama in my life and I don't really need to get tangled up in yours.
